Contact support
Use the contact form for questions about the website, the app, your account, privacy, safety controls or account deletion.
Postal address: Swisswise GmbH, Weltpoststrasse 8b, 3015 Bern, Switzerland.
Include your role, device, app or browser version and a brief description. For account requests, use the account email address as your reply address where possible. The form accepts no attachments. Do not include passwords, full document numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. Sending a request does not itself complete an account deletion; we may first verify that the account is yours.
Safety, child-protection and misuse reports
Use the app’s block and report controls for suspicious, abusive or unsafe behaviour, including grooming, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, fraud or risks to a child. You can also use the contact form with enough context to locate the relevant account or conversation. Do not forward passwords, full payment credentials or full identity-document numbers.
A report may preserve a limited snapshot of the reported message and related identifiers for moderation. See the Privacy Policy for retention information.

Illegal-content notices and appeals
To report content you believe is illegal, use the contact form and identify your message as an illegal-content report. Identify the content or account, where it appears, why you believe it is illegal and how we can contact you. Include only the evidence needed to understand the notice and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
If your content or account has been restricted, you can request a review using the contact form and identify your message as an appeal, using the account email address as your reply address, where possible. Include the decision or restriction you challenge and the reason you believe it should be changed. Swisswise GmbH may request further information and will review the available context; this process does not replace any mandatory external remedy.
Not an emergency service
AuPair Family support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or a crime may be in progress, contact the local emergency services or police in the country concerned.
