FamilyOur accessibility goal
Swisswise GmbH wants the aupair.family website and AuPair Family app to be usable by as many people as possible. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target for the website. The app is designed with platform accessibility features such as scalable text and assistive technologies in mind.
Measures in scope
Accessibility work covers semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful text alternatives, readable contrast, scalable text, reduced-motion preferences, touch targets and screen-reader labels. The interface is available in English, German and French.
Current status and limitations
The website and app have not yet completed an independent accessibility conformance audit. Swisswise GmbH therefore does not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some app screens may still present large-text, layout or assistive-technology issues while testing and improvements continue.
Report an accessibility barrier
Use the contact form if content or a function is difficult to access. Please include the page or screen, device and browser or app version, assistive technology if relevant, a description of the barrier and the format or alternative that would help. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
